What’s in a name?
The Rat and Dolphin comes from a fictional pub in a novel I started but didn’t finish (I also enjoy writing). In 2019 when a couple of friends helped me rebuild parts of the workshop in the garden I decided to dedicate it to becoming a brewery. Naturally it became the Rat and Dolphin.
